It's great to see that these horses are given a chance to thrive with new owners. It's such a shame i don't have any property at the moment or i would no doubt adopt a horse! Keep up the great work guys! |

hi second chance i love horses. i do riding lessons and i am trying to convince my mum and dad to get me a horse of my own because i really really love them. I'm doing an assignment at school on animal cruelty. Its in a group and we were allowed to do 3 animals. I insisted that I do horses as i am very passionate about them. I heard about you on the T.V and i would just like to say that I really like what you're doing and i am really proud to know that someone else cares. Thanks so much!! |

| I saw you on Can We Help yesterday, normally I don't take much notice of the programme as it is on at a busy time of day, but having been a horsey person all my life, sadly without one now, I watched your segment with great interest. Congratulations, you are doing a wonderful job, please accept my small donation towards your work & my very best wishes for the future. |

| I have just watched "Can we Help" & caught the article of "Second Chance" - I have found kindred spirits! Of my 8 horses, 4 are rescues and they are with me for life. I was also unpopular as a child, and was very fortunate to have the blessing of horses in my life - they saved me. They still save me. Every day. Thank you Second Chance, you are all amazing. One person can't save all the mistreated animals in this world, but if each & every one of us did what we can, it can make a difference. |

| I "chanced" upon Jessie from SC Horse Rescue today. It was a shock seeing with my own eyes an emancipated & injured horse awaiting immediate vet care. However, it was reassuring to know that there are people who care and will not stop for the best treatment for animals. I am grateful for Jessie's time & knowledge that she shared in educating me & probably sorting issues I have with my "rescued" horse. Best wishes to everyone & all sponsors involved - Jessie really makes a difference! |
