Came across your site while I was searching for MMSSTV. It's a great site; covers 2 of my 3 favorite hobbies, ham radio and things with wheels. I like your shack also, not to mention your collection of trucks. You seem to go through trucks like I do radios!

Thank you for a great site.  I featured your site at our last club meeting where I did a presentation on Pi and Arduino, where I discussed various Pi projects for ham radio.  Keep up the great work...

Hi,

I have a Garmin GPS 16/17 unit ,Raspyberry Pi and a VX5 2m FM hand -held.

I am wanting to hook them up to make a APRS mobile system.

I wonder if you have any information to do so, based on what I have seen on your blog.

cheers Colin VK2JCC

This is a fantastic site, Paul.  Just thought I'd drop in and say "Great Job". The pictures of the old Clacton Pier brought back many memories a lot of warm summers and a few very cold winters. If you happen to run into an old friend of mine G4WHZ (Dave) tell him G6YCY (Keith) said hi.

Greetings from Delaware, USA Grid Locator FM29. Thanks for putting up the awesome website. I was surprised to see my MMSTV analog signal made it across the pond. MMSSTV is great fun. I am living proof it does not take a high power signal or elaborate equipment to get into SSTV. I use a very basic transceiver,ICOM 718, 50 Watts and an off center fed dipole at 30 feet. 73.
