we found john`s web-site in the internet by far. after a short e-mail contact we booked a airport-transfer to our hotel in bejing.
he was perfect on time, freindly, english-speaking and polite.
due that we booked a few days later our tour to the great wall.
he was on time again and we had a great day with john.
we apprichiated very much, that john did not try to push us for any addiitional buisness (shops or restaurants). |

| My wife and I saw so many good reviews of John Ping on this forum and other venues we just had to try and book him for our day trip to the Great Wall. We were lucky and he was available for our Friday excursion. John is courteous, kind, speaks excellent English, is prompt and professional. We hired John for a day long private tour of Beijing in August, 2010. He is an excellent English speaker. He knows Beijing very well thanks to his years of cab driving experience. He is very gracious and has a great sense of humor. He met us at our hotel exactly on time and provided a safe and comfortable travel experience in his smoke free car to our numerous destinations around the city. I give John my personal five star rating for total customer satisfaction.

| I heard of john Ping from a friend who used his service before and he highly recommended him. So my brother and I contacted him through email and I arranged for him to pick me up from beijing airport he turned up on time and spoke good English. I hired him a few days later to take me to the Great wall and he did a good job there too. He later arranged train tickets for my family to XIAN. he even arranged for his friend in XIAN to take me around when we got there. |

 We were in Beijing November 2009 and arranged for John to be our driver.All arrangements were made via internet before leaving Canada.John arrived on time and provided us with a full days driving. We found him to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His English is very good.

| John drove us to Mutianyu. I can recommend him. To get a driver that talks English in Beijing could be hard, and John speaks English very good. |

| I had a mixed experience. On the morning of our Great Wall daytrip, we were not greeted by John (as originally discussed), but another driver who didnt speak English. Communication was an issue. Also, the safety of the car was questionable, with no seatbelts for backseat passengers. Basically, we could have booked a taxi from the hotel for the same experience with less hassle! The day trip was fine, but we felt mislead. If you book with John, make sure you get what you originally agreed! |

| Thanks to John for a great trip to Mutianyu on Saturday. After picking us up from the train station we enjoyed a smooth, quick trip to the Great Wall. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted seeing this wonderful area. After a short stop for some local fruit John brought us back to Beijing and our hotel. A fine trip. Thanks again to John. We appreciated your helpfulness and service. |

| John took us to the Simatai part of the wall in July. Although we found his charge quite expensive, it was worthwhile paying it for the sheer marvel that awaits you upon arrival: Simatai. John literally drives you there and back, but at the end of the day, it is purely a business transaction... |
