A wee bit of news.....
I'm updating new software on my website over the next few days......Please check out this Guestbook for any news as the website will be out of action until all software has been renewed.

As you know I'm on the mend now, but just to make me feel a little better, I'm getting a great kick out of reading our results from the last feis..........Delighted for each and everyone one of you guys.....The messages of support have been overwhelming and looking forward to the continued success....know lots of people are right behind us

Hey folks....as you all know Cara let you know I spent most of yesterday at Wishaw General as a result of an Accident at Work.
Lots of injuries to my left hip and thigh, twisted ankle and injured right knee along with cuts, injured my right wrist and 3 fingers. Worst of all is the impact I took to my coccyx as they think I may have broken it. The painkillers are wonderful however although they do knock me out!!!
In excruciating pain but thankgoodness for the pain relief. Thankfully I can now use my left hand to type this although taking me ages.
No dancing tonight or Wednesday but please keep in touch with Cara or email me for further updates plus Cara will keep in touch too.
Was just about to deliver a lesson on Health and Safety too on Slips, Trips and Falls.....never actually thought I'd do a LIVE demonstration..lol - Next thing I knew I was en-route to hospital by Ambulance.

Below are some photographs from our extremely successful day 1 (Saturday) at the Coinnaith Feis in Carluke.
Safe to say that this has been our most successful feis to date......some fantastic results dancers and well done. Lost count of all the 1st places we took but will get a full list of results at the next class. Both Cara and I were extremely proud of each dancer today The photos
